I got a brilliant block in the post yesterday from Kate - thank's Kate. It's a great way to use those big African prints and it's in return for a block I sent her in our one-on-one block swap. (Mine has the funny bird in the centre)
I also have started washing my fabrics for my Log Cabin blocks.( I was tempted not to wash them, but when I'm mixing creams and dark browns I could be asking for trouble.)
Still feeling a bit bruised and battered, but will get working on that dratted birthday bag shortly...
