*sniff sniff* I liked my dear old computer. I guess I shall just have to sew instead :-)
On Sunday, I was feeling full of cold so decided to stay home (while DH and the boys went to visit Grandma) and screenprinted some fabric using the silkscreens my brother made up for me while I was in Cape Town. I really enjoyed the instant gratification you get from making a print. Then I painted the printed fabric and when I figure out how to load photos onto this horrible pc I'll show my efforts.
In the meantime, I found a photo from simply ages ago on this computer, of when DH and I used to first come here:
Gordale Scar if memory serves (taken on a gimmicky mini-mini digital camera)... And today is another beautiful sunny day in Yorkshire so I'm off to lie on the sofa and watch Wimbledon LOL.

Sorry you have a cold. I can't wait to see the results of your screenprinting.
Oh dear. I hope you get your computer situation remedied soon - we miss you and I want to see the screen prints!
It makes you feel rather guilty watching Wimbledon a lovely day doesn't it? Never mind it's only on once a year.
So you have lost two computers in a month, I am so sorry. The picture could be taken here in Iceland, similar landscape.
Awful not to have your stuff you take for granted every day. Not so easy to feel "grateful" because you have a backup, but I suppose it is. Hope your computer is sorted out quickly, OR you get a new one! I have been coveting an IMac for ages, but sadly it's still well out of my budget!
Funny how cold weather just wants to make you stay indoors and sew! Great excuse not to go out!
WooHoo! Lucky Duck, you've won Rosalie Quinlan's giveaway!!! I'm so jealous :-)
Hope you and your computer are on the mend soon. Look forward to seeing your screen printing and whatever else you manage to sew up in your computer absence :o)
I love your quilts, how do you manage to make so many...
And I hope your computer will get fixed soon.
Hope you get your computer troubles sorted!
